A toilet that runs between flushes is wasting water continuously and is almost always a flapper, fill valve or float adjustment. A toilet that rocks, or that shows water or staining at the base, is a different problem — usually a failed wax ring or a loose closet flange — and that one should not wait, because it is leaking into the floor.

Recurring clogs in one toilet often mean a partial obstruction in the trap or the branch line rather than a fixture problem. We clear it and, if it keeps coming back, put a camera down the line so you aren't paying for the same service call three times.

New installations include setting a fresh wax ring, securing the flange correctly, checking the supply stop, and testing for both flush performance and leaks before we clean up and go.
